We have also developed additional tools for you customers:
- myAccount (ro), a secure web interface where they can check at any time the status of their orders, they can look up detailed information about their shopping history and they can set their personal data that be prefilled at their next online order and payment.
- Online shopper support center:
- FAQ,(ro) answers to a list of frequently asked questions on order, delivery, payment and security related issues;
- A list of online shops. You’re not in it? Send a short description and your logo to your dedicated account manager or at info@payu.ro and you’ll be there;
- The list of Romanian cards (ro) that can be used for shopping over the internet;
